How Our Story Started
The Conference Solutions Ltd story started back in 1984 with Maggie Dalton proudly at its helm. Maggie came from a solid hotel background. Working within sales and operations roles in number of major hotels, helped her identify there was a definite market for experts with the right experience to assist clients in pulling together all the elements required to deliver a truly meaningful and successful project. The insider knowledge and the “tricks of the trade” proved as invaluable to companies then as is still true today.
Amy Jo Takes Over
It was a success. Fast forward 24 years and in 2008 Maggie’s daughter Amy Jo joined the business. After working her way through the ranks Amy Jo has now proudly taken over Conference Solutions Ltd as Managing Director and continues to build the impeccable brand already created by Maggie. Here at Conference Solutions, we are strong believers that Event Management isn’t a skill to be taught, but one to be found deep rooted in a certain type of individual, and in Amy Jo’s case, in the blood.
